As of October 1, 2019, the new promotion training curriculum is now live on the Commerce Learning Center. To find and complete your training, please follow the newly updated instructions, located here on the CPC website. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Leadership Coordinator at CPC at cpc.training@noaa.gov or (301) 713-7736.
October 31, 2019 marks the end of the annual rating period for all officers in the grades of O-5 and O-6. All officers who have not or will not receive an OER for other approved reasons within 6 months are required to complete and submit their accomplishments to their supervisors by October 10, 2019 (21 days before the end of the rating period per OES standards). OERs are important not only for promotion purposes, but also as a means to provide valuable feedback for performance improvement. Please work with your rating chains to complete these reports.
CPC is seeking a commander interested in helping to guide the careers and futures of NOAA Corps officers.
