Officer Personnel Management Division (OPMD) services over 300 Active Duty officer records in support of more than 10 boards each year and all personal actions involving the Official Personnel File (OPF). OPMD is currently fine tuning the web-based system to facilitate eliminating the need for paper. Transformation efforts include providing the capability to submit documents electronically and have them in your OPF and labeled with 24 hours.
Mission: Provide high quality and timely support to all active duty NOAA Corps Officers to update and maintain their Official Personnel Files (OPF's). Ensure the most current and highest quality OPF's for all officers eligible for boards.
Requesting Corrections: Please review your file very closely. These are the same files that will be used by the promotion boards. If you find that there is an error in your OPF please email the request to fix the error to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
