Director's Message:

President Obama signed the Department of Homeland Security funding bill for FY2015. Therefore, there will be no impact to NOAA Corps Pay. Officers are encouraged to check their Payslips within HR Direct Access to monitor for any errors in pay that are leftover from the system conversion at the beginning of the year. Please keep in mind that unlike the old singular monthly Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), officers now receive two Payslips per month. If any discrepancies in pay are found, the NOAA Corps Payroll Unit should be alerted immediately via email at

Director, CPC
