Who do I contact if I am having issues accessing the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal?

What if I was seen at an MTF with MHS GENESIS for my medical readiness?
For the Periodic Medical Examination you must upload all the medical requirements as one attachment and message Medical Affairs. For appointments such as dental readiness you still must notify Medical Affairs via email at noaacorps.medical@noaa.gov that you were evaluated. Please include the readiness component that you were seen for and the date of evaluation in the notification to Medical Affairs. -
Is it important to still keep a personal copy of my healthcare information?
Yes, having your healthcare history easily accessible is very important to managing your care. You should obtain a copy or download the digital files of your past and current healthcare records and store them in a secure place. Just like it is important to retain your financial and tax records, you should keep records of your healthcare history. -
Can I see all of my healthcare information in the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal?
The information currently available in your Patient Portal will vary. Service members that currently utilize a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) for care will likely have more healthcare information available. NOAA Medical Affairs is just beginning the process of uploading previously submitted medical records to each officer's MHS GENESIS account.
