    September 30, 2011 is the last day to use or lose leave for NOAA Corps Officers. If you are in excess of 75 days as of October 1, 2011 you will lose those days of leave. (more)

  • NOAA Corps E-Recruiting System Launched
    The Officer Recruiting Branch has launched the NOAA Corps E-Recruit System, an online tool to streamline the NOAA Corps application process. Some of the benefits of this new system include the ability for applicants to receive instant feedback on their eligibility, online digital submission of application data, and automatic generation of a completed Application for Commission in the NOAA Corps (NOAA Form 56-42).(more here)
  • Fiscal Year 2011 Officer Corps Management Plan
    The purpose of the Officer Corps Management Plan (OCMP) is to describe the current state of the commissioned officer workforce and provide FY11 recommendations regarding the number of promotion selections to be made in each grade for the end strength of 321 officers.
