NCD Chapter 6 Part 1 - Leave
Purpose
Incorporate paternity leave, per the 2008 National Defense Authorization Act, into the NCD. Officers may be granted up to ten days of paternity leave not charged as regular leave. Lump sum leave - 75 vs. 60.
